Very rude and unprofessional people. Gave me a quote for twice what i own without even looking up my vehicle. Feel like I'm dealing with the school bully who grew up and realized they have no control over people. So now they bully those they can.

Would not use this company if I was paid to. Owner has a bad attitude and rude as he can be on the phone. Must like to take people's vehicles and personal possessions for his profit. He repeats I don't care to everything that you say to him very rudely. I had the money to pay the approximately $1000 tow and storage in full but because I live in Texas and was waiting on the title and because in Texas you have to have the vehicle to get it tagged because we still have to pass inspection so I was going to pay in full what I owed and when the title came in give the truck to my daughter so she could register it in Oklahoma where she lives and get a tag etc. Then pay the nrw storage balance and get the truck. We had alone in personal belongings of tools etc in the truck worth close to $4000-$50

$328 to tow 1 mi. Driver was there for 15 min max and offered to just drop it off it the morning, no problem. Never mentioned 2 tows. This is a scam. I’m 16 years old with liability only and getting ripped off by a tow company that acts like they represent owasso.

The owner is a very hateful man. Has no mannerwhat so ever!! Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Friendly, professional, thoughtful manager. My experience could not have been better.
