Paul is a great guy. He told me everything upfront, clear on what he was going to do and the expected outcomes. Reasonable price, also was told upfront. Highly recommend!

Seemed like a cool guy at first, but once he gave me his price I simply and kindly said "no no its too much I'm okay" because he quoted me $1,000 and some else already told me $615, and when he heard that he immediately cut me off by hanging up. That's not how you treat a customer or people in general. Wish this dude all the best but that was my personal experience with him

Let me tell you a not so funny story. Imagine being on the turnpike cruising along at 70mph and out of nowhere a bird decides to take a dive at my windshield. Not a pleasant experience, however, Owen's Glass saved the day. After several phone calls to various suppliers, Paul at Owen's gave me the best price without haggling and even offered me a ride home and pick up when the job was complete. The entire staff appeared to be knowledgeable and professional. They even offered to save me over $100.00 by removing the old inspection stickers and re-applying them to the new windshield, although I declined as my car was due for inspection anyway. Hopefully, you'll never need them, but if you do they are the best!!!

I needed a rear window last week and it was going to rain. Paul got me a window that same day and appointment. Great customer service. Very happy.
