I recently had a full interior and exterior detail done, and while the exterior came out sparkling clean and well-done, the interior left much to be desired. There were several clearly missed spots inside, which was disappointing given the level of service I expected. When I returned to point out the issues, I felt like more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. Unfortunately, even after bringing the concerns to their attention, not everything was properly addressed. The follow-up effort felt rushed and incomplete. I just had my Honda Goldwing detailed and ceramic coated at Owner’s Pride. My bike came out very nice. The red painted parts practically glow and the flat black plastic and pant no longer look oxidized, they are as good as new. The staff was friendly and clearly care about the work they do. I would use them again.

Tried OP out with a full detail and one exterior hand wash. It is very hard to find reliable, touchless washes anywhere nearby, and I don't trust touch washes to not scratch low pro tires. This was a fantastic solution and one we will be using consistently from here. Any car lovers this is a perfect was solution, detailing was also fantastic with a solid price.

I just had my third vehicle treated and protected by Owners Pride. My latest purchase is a new SUV that is nearly all blacked out. I knew that I had to get this one into their shop immediately - as we all know black can be a hard color to keep clean and it will show any imperfections. In fact after I purchased this unit from a local dealership I found what appeared to be some surface damage on the passenger door, which most likely came from a tow strap during transport. I didn’t say a word to the Ford salesman. I knew that Owners Pride would fix any minor surface concerns. Sure enough - they were able to make that spot look good as new.
