Everyone I had interactions with was very sweet! These people are not only kind, but they’re going to tell you how it is. I appreciate they add pictures for you to view of your car, tell you exactly what the issue is, and tell you straight up if it’s worth the money. I, myself have an old car, and there were so many (very expensive) issues, and I was told I do need things replaced and fixed, but it isn’t worth it from how bad a lot of my damage was. As a girl just trying to get through college, I don’t have thousands to spend. I appreciate the honesty I was given. Although my car wasn’t fixed up because of how expensive it’d be, at least I have a good chunk of money still in my pocket to be able to put towards a new car. Great service and they focus on the customer. I had a little hiccup with my repair in Westerville, but Kevin went above and beyond to do whatever he could to make things right, which he did. My truck was repaired and I was pleased with how they do business at Oxford. I also had to stop out at the Powell location and the service there was also excellent. The locations work as a team, I appreciate that.

The oil change was quick and professional. The manager offered a ride home and back to avoid the wait but the service was very quick so I just waited. I was shown items on my car that should be monitored for future service. I was also able to use the $50 coupon. Overall, great experience. Thank you.

My Impala needed new brakes and an oil change. The good people at Oxford completed the work in a timely manner. I love the fact that they do a complete vehicle inspection and identify potential areas that may need to be addressed. Their no pressure approach is another reason I will continue to have our vehicles serviced with them.
