I had a car service appointment and an air bag recall test yesterday. I dropped off my car, and a team member told me to wait about 2.5 hours in the waiting room. I asked if I could head home, but he mentioned they don’t offer that service anymore since last year. So, I had to wait a bit, but they finished my car service and check-up a little earlier than expected.

I have purchased from this group of dealerships Oxmoor Auto Group for over 12 years with a total of 10 car purchases and have always enjoyed a pleasant experience. On 11/21/25 I visited the new Hyundai location on Blankenbaker Parkway where I had purchased 5 cars previously, I was hoping to trade my 2015 BMW which I had purchased in 7/8/25 from the Oxmoor Dodge Chrysler store. Now I admit to being a compulsive buyer a dealership dream customer, with that said I have purchased no less than 50 new and used cars and have owned 3 5 classic cars. I know the car business better than most. I found a car I liked and I knew I was upside down on my trade with that said I preceded try to negotiate a trade. My trade a 2015 BMW x1 I purchased from the same auto group for $13,000 was now after 5 months

Took my auto in for maintenance with an appointment at 10:45 am and was early. They took me in and I was out by 11:00 am. Clean place.

great dealship and a remarkable sales team. I stopped in to trade my 2020 palisade for a 2024 and got a great deal on a 2024. This is my 5th Hyundai in ten years. Last month my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jack Payne and Hana Choi (GM) at Oxmoor Hyundai who made our car purchase a pleasant one. We came in on a Wednesday night around 6 and was finished by 7:15. Although we didn't deal with financing, the process went a lot smoother and faster than expected. We love our 2019 Hyundai Tucson Night Edition. I will likely be ready to purchase a new Hyundai in the next six months for myself and I will gladly return when that time comes.
