Terrible experience. Since I was in the area and I needed an oil change, I decided to try them out. I pulled into the service station and it was about 10 minutes before I was a knowledge. And when I was acknowledge, it came with attitude. I left and took my money elsewhere.

I wanted to do a lease end pre-inspection called them and got it scheduled, also informed the finance company and they said they have no restrictions, went there and reached on time to be told that there is no such inspection. I explained the appointment was made through them and may you kindly tell me what does the appointment state on the system, they said pre-inspection, but it is the call centers’ fault! I explained me blocking my schedule and taking off work, hopefully this can be relayed to upper management so it doesn’t happen to other customers, manager stated some one in your bank needs to be trained too, hope you also relay that !!!!!. I am a loyal customer to this dealership but will never come back again, also will not consider buying a jeep, I have other brand cars and the oth
