Oyster Bay Services Station

Unfortunately after not 1 but 2 appointments to get my car inspected, they never inspected it. The first try their printer was down. The second time they told me to drop my car in a certain time frame only to have them turn me away. Needless to say I would not recommend them.

I got a flat tire a few blocks away from Marks shop and he was so kind to come and assist. He put enough air so I can get to his shop before fixing it. Greatly appreciated his help! I would bring my business here in the future!

I went to get to get an inspection. It was a waste of time. The guy told me it failed for my window tint. He could of told me that before I left the car there. I decided to bring it there because it was close to where I live. I never put window tints on my car it came like this factory. The car has been in my family from when it's brand new and it never had a problem passing before. I guess I'll go to a place where I usually go to.

Place stinks, waited 4 hours for an oil change, costs 250 for a diagnosis, forgets to reset engine light, never coming back here again, they don't know how to run a business.

I've known Glenn, about 20yrs... Business still strong..... THAT SAYS IT ALL...
