The technician's body odor is terrible. He asked me to step outside in the cold, then he sat in my seat. Why? The majority of the technicians simply reach in and plug in the computer cord. His uniform was covered in oil stains, and he smelled like cat urine. I didn’t want to stand in the cold, so I went inside to use the restroom, and let me tell you. It is horrible. It smells and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. After he completed the test, I had to roll all the windows down in my car, but the foul odor still wouldn't air out. The exit is unpaved and full of potholes. Don ever come here! Very rude!!!!! Failed my emmison and drove and tested before and was ready and failed me when I returned! Went too another place 20 minutes later and instantly passed! Worse customer service and stand offish and takes too long messing with the Emissions and makes people purposely fail!!!!
