Nice guys came in for a set of wiper blades, which I always have a trouble putting on my vehicles, asked the gentleman behind the counter Darren how to do it? He grabbed the two blades walked out to my vehicle installed them for me no charge. Really nice to deal with small town local guys highly recommend these guys. Thanks Darren!

Terrible customer service, poor support. Said they send parts back that have been sitting for a week, but they sent mine back after a few days. Specifically, I ordered it on Monday, it arrived on Tuesday, and they sent it back before I could get there on Saturday. Absolute rubbish, don’t believe them when they quote their own policies.

Riverside is awesome! They are extremely accommodating , and go over and above for you. Josh is very professional and goes out of his way to give you the best car buying experience. Awesome quality clean vehicles to choose from, you can't lose with this place.

Very rude worker dealt with us. He did not like that we used advanced auto parts website, which got us massive discounts. He claimed they lose money because of it, which i don't believe because advanced now owns carquest, but we apologized if they were indeed losing and said we would not used the coupons through them in the future. He accuses us of "using him", which again we were simply doing what was allowed through online ordering, which was extremely unprofessional and rude of him. I do not mind being calmly explained a situation, but being so rude and accusatory was completely unnecessary. I will be ordering through advanced and picking up in Wayne from now on.
