To be honest, I’m not the type to leave reviews but I feel like I had to for this shop. My car was involved in essentially a hit-and-run while parked on Thomas-Boyland and Ruby was the first person I saw that morning while I was processing what happened. He took me and the car to the shop and there it took a 3-ish weeks from there for my car to be fully repaired. 3 weeks was a bit longer than what I wanted but I understood why since my car isn’t a very common car and the parts were taking a while to be shipped to the shop. However, the reason why I’m leaving 5 reviews is the patience they had with me (I called almost every other day those 3 weeks) and how helpful they were in terms of giving me updates with the repairs. A snow plow truck hit my parked car after a huge snow storm. It was so frustrating and upsetting since I use my car to get to work daily and I couldn't wait for the city to fix it. Luckily! P. It is always difficult to find a car repair shop that has good customer service and are responsive. Collision Concepts has excellent customer engagement services.
