we had driver abandon the truck right next to the delivery with keys inside the truck, broker called these " people" to make the delivery maybe 20 feet away , I told the broker and towing company to leave the truck on the road as my recovery driver was on the way already, they towed it to there yard anyways( added storage fee ), and were charging hook and tow fee of 600 when they never hooked but rather drove it to the drop and to there yard I have proof of this , when I confronted the office personal about this they said they charge the same for driving the truck as they would for hooking it........ tell me how u going to write down a charge for something you never did ..... how is hooking a truck takes same amount of work as simply driving it ? 4 miles drive in my equipment came o

I'll 2nd that. Definitely didn't experience the wonderful people and excellent work. I did experience waiting 2 years and 3 months to pay $10k for a paint job that I'm having to put the pieces and trim back together myself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

They are crooks! They take advantage of people in the worse way! Charged storage fees for a vehicle towed by them when they were closed for a long holiday weekend! Unorganized and rude too!

I didn't see there wonderfull people. They just want your money from your pocket. Got me in, NOT even checked the parts # take it off and said no parts. Very " smart" people
