I’ve been a loyal customer of the Landover shop for almost a decade, working as a subcontractor for Joseph Smith and Sons. Eric’s exceptional customer service has always been a highlight of my shopping experience. He would meticulously research my product, draft the invoice, procure the merchandise, and even load it for me. So, I was deeply disappointed when I traveled two hours to purchase a starter. Upon entering the shop, I was met with a lack of greeting and simply instructed to head to the back. Despite my polite greeting, “Good morning,” I proceeded to the back. The staff there were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. However, my experience at the checkout was nothing short of appalling. These guys do fantastic work. I had my alternator rebuilt for my 1976 bmw 2002 and it works fantastic. They went above and beyond, repainted some parts, and even put all new hardware on it. There's not many places left that still rebuild parts like this. On top of a great service they got it done next day, all at a great price (less than a new one). I had my girlfriend drop off and pick it up, she said the interaction was great too. 10/10.
