I would do your research on any shop you decide to take your car to get repaired, should’ve been what I did last year, but was desperate and only had warranty to go through to get the engine rebuilt. They rebuilt the engine but got it back with the A/C no longer working and they couldn’t explain why or help fix that. Fast forward a few months, we are having engine issues again and new mechanic is finding loose parts/ pieces in this engine they rebuilt “perfectly.” I have had my car parked more than I’ve been able to use it since we’ve got it back.

My mom took her Black Volkswagen Atlas since december 2025, had a hard time with them trying to get it fixed. Originally went in for ticks. Never let us see the car either. Took them almost 2 months to fix it and ticks were never solved, my hood was broken, some chipped paint and my rim was also scratched.

Took my truck in for a lifter tick they spent 5 months to complete the job. Check engine light kept coming on. Kept taking it back to them because my insurance paid them 6k to fix my truck. And the end of it all i had to take my truck to another shop and pay out of pocket 1500 dollars to fix my radiator and the p011 code that pand j couldn't fix. They did not communicate with me at all I would have to call to get updates. Also found tools inside of my engine bay loose fitting and my battery wasn't even connected wen I went to pick it up. May 11, 2017 Owner Jose and his son Victor are honest and dedicated vehicle mechanics. They WILL NOT try to sell you anything you do not need! I took a recently purchased 2004 Hummer to Chevrolet for an inspection. Their estimate to repair it was in excess of $5,500 due to the neglect by the previous owner(s). A friend of mine told me about P & J Auto Care and told me to call owner Jose and give him a shot before spending a ton of money at inflated dealer prices. Even though Jose had to keep my Hummer for about a week to complete all of the repairs it required, he saved me well over $1,500 by my calculations.
