Well, my cars intake hose split and Mac, was very helpful over the phone (even though I wasn't much help trying to explain the part to him because I didn't know the name of it ) 😬 when I walked in I was Greeted by Todd who has Just the best personality and customer service. Mac quickly attended to my vehicle. These guys are Honest hard working and very knowledgeable men and I trust them with my car.

They took care of us and had my baby back to me very quickly. Will use them from now on. They ordered a GM part instead of a auto store one. It may have been a little more expensive, but my husband was glad. He said " I'm glad they did, it had a better warranty, and was less likely to leave you stranded on the road, by yourself." The guys didn't treat me like I didn't have a clue, the first time I took it in. I was very happy with the service.

Very cost-effective and efficient. Got the job done and even found some issues I wasn't aware of. Got it done quickly and a fair price. Highly recommend these guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stopped for the night traveling through headed to Michigan and noticed that my rear axle seal was leaking everywhere. I called the next morning told them my situation and they said “bring it down”. They put my truck on the lift as soon as I got here. Ordered the part and got it fixed right away. Over all my entire experience here in Elk City has been pleasant. Many helpful and kind people. P & M Auto is amazing! I wish I had a shop like this back home.
