My dreaded fear when I go to get my car fixed is that because I am an older woman, I might be taken advantage of and would never know the difference. The reviews PM Muffler had were so good that I felt like it was where I should go. My experience was great! Russell was friendly and kind, and the job was affordable and fast. Thank you, Russell! Very happy with their great service. It's nice to find a business you can trust. When I went there I assumed I needed a whole muffler replacement but he let me know that it was just a small piece of pipe that needed replacing. He could have easily got me for a full muffler and I would have been none the wiser. Thanks for being honest and trustworthy!!! 👍

This place got me in the next day and took 2 hours to change out my old muffler for a new one. When I picked up my Blazer he explained that I have a 60 day warranty on the work that he did to my car. I will return for more work on my Blazer. Good service! And nice people!

I always get treated well when I go to Jim's Mufflers. They deal fairly with everyone. They don't over charge work is actually affordable. I'm thankful3to them for all they do for me n my family.

I called as we were driving down 80w and he had time for us right away to take a look at the loud noise our van had created. Fixed it immediately and sent us on our way! Nicest man and most helpful! Recommend him to anyone with muffler problems near him!
