This review is long overdue, but needs to be said. I reached out to the mechanic a few weeks ago because my car had an ignition failure after a private locksmith I purchased de-programmed my key fob and key, and my car wouldn't start the night before. Let me tell you - I called them first thing in the morning on a terrible rainy day when I had to take off work for this mess. The mechanic listened carefully to my concern and notified his supervisor. The super was so generous that he allowed the mechanic to drive directly to my home, open the hood and check out the problem from my car! He was also incredibly honest and admitted that the problem required a different electrical specialist to adjust the ignition and my key settings. I had previously brought a Infiniti q50 here that was having alternator issues. I put about two but the battery light was still on, I took my car to this shop and tried to tell him what was going on, he without even listening said we can’t help you take it to the dealer. I tried to ask them to check the wiring but the guy was so rude.

Called to ask a question about my vehicle and they were rushing me off the phone. Then i finally tried to explain what was wrong with my vehicle but before i could finish I was immediately told they don’t deal with that get a mechanic bye. I don’t know how you do business, but there are ways you tell people you don’t do certain things not just dismissive. It’s rude and disrespectful.

Purchased several rebuilt alternator from here and never had an issue. Last one I purchased is still on my current car and is still putting out 14.5v. They all come with a warranty. The service is very friendly and the prices are more than fair.

Came in for a part for an older alternator which they usually don't stock and while they did not have it new gave me two tested used parts and would not accept a dime. Turns out I misdiagnosed the problem and brought them my unit the next day which they were able to turn around and upgrade for me in under 30mins out the door. Don't usually write reviews but rarely come across a biz of any type with such outstanding customer service.
