This has been one of the worst car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. We purchased a vehicle financed through USA Finance, and their lending practices are extremely questionable. They refuse to work with customers on scheduling payments, there is no option for automatic drafting, and there is no online payment portal. You are forced to call in or physically drive to Mesquite every single month just to make a payment. And if you’re even slightly late? They will tow your vehicle without hesitation.
