Pacello's Car Wash

THE LAUNDRY MAT IS TRASH. MOLD UNDER EVERY DETERGENT LID. QUARTER MACHINE IS ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER. HALF OF THE MACHINES ARE BROKE . PLACE IS ALWAYS DIRTY.

First let me say the car wash itself was amazing,no complaints there BUT I put cash in and was told to get my change and receipt..I got neither. I couldn't find a person to help, couldn't find a posted number to call. Here I am online, I tried the phone number but it says it is no longer in service. Poor rating is because I lost money and time trying to find someone to help me..guess there is no one.

the car wash never has any soap, just water. the cycles are not in order got a rinse then the protectant was applied? only one wash bay functions. poor management. it was always good when Jimmy owned it.

I wish I could give this place a negative rating. DON'T PAY WITH CASH. It took my change and never gave me a receipt. The screen says to go to the attendant or call the number, there is neither. I've been searching the internet for a number, and here I am, out of money. In essence I paid for a super expensive, MEDIOCRE wash. If you can go elsewhere, then go there.

The car wash is great! But this is the second time that I’ve stopped to vacuum out the car, and the vacuum machine wasn’t working, and ate my money.
