Pacheco Motors was the BEST! We hit an unexpected object on the freeway and it damaged the car. Luckily, Pacheco Motors was close by. But when we reached out, they took us in immediately—even after closing time. They assessed the car and were able to get it repaired in only 3 days’ time, with authentic parts. It was so nice to have someone actually care. And that’s rare, it seems, in these crazy days. I highly recommend Pacheco Motors and they made a customer for life out of us.

We found this place by chance looking for dealers in our local area. We went by on a holiday and drove and car. The employee was super nice and said to take it out and take it to a mechanic if we wanted. We drove a few from the shop but weren't quite ready. We went out to several other dealers but ended up back at Pacheco to buy the car. He let us take the car out again for an extended drive and then we called and asked if we could take it to a mechanic to have it checked out. He had not problem with that at all. The car checked out great and we went back and were able to complete the purchase very quickly. No long waits or negotiations. He offered to program another key for us if we bought one. I had a great experience buying my car from Pacheco Motors. Chris was my salesperson, and he was straightforward, honest, and easy to work with. He sold me a 2018 Honda Accord with a rebuilt title, and everything about the car and its history was clearly explained upfront—no surprises. Chris made the process simple and pressure-free, which I really appreciated. It's not always easy to find a dealer you can trust, but I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire experience. My husband and I have been burned buying a used car before, so when we started shopping this time around we were extremely cautious and did a lot of research. We were wary of Pacheco Motors due to lack of reviews and when we went to look at the van we were interested in we were prepared to leave at the first hint of a red flag (which we did at several other dealerships). I hesitated to write a review since buying a vehicle from Pacheco Motors around 8 months ago. I noticed after driving the vehicle for a week or two that there was an intermittent noise - metallic on the front right. I was grateful they were fully open to me taking the car back and checking it out. But after I did so, they told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Same thing a bit later as I noticed the noise even more and also felt concerned about the brakes being slightly off - this time they told me that they’d found something was locked up and that they’d fixed it, that they’d bled the brakes, and that the brakes looked good, but..
