Very hard company to work with when you need to return a part its always an issue and come up with excuses. WILL NO LONGER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH PAC AUTO.

Bought a head light from these guys , we have a shop in chino the light was defected they picked up the light they said they would send me an exchange waited a week no calls or exchange Called them after talking to Carlos he said he will order an other light for tomorrow When the guy was there to deliver the head light light he wanted payment again And said you have to pay us again then we will let you know about your return I didn’t accept the light I’m buying it through other sources where my money is safe These guys are scammers don’t buy here you will get scammed Scammers

I ordered part from them and they delivered when we were going to install the part didn't fit right and then l sent the part back to exchange or refund they refused and they said take back and take some pictures to see how it did not fit and send the pictures via email and then will see. And by the way we by a lot of parts from this company it's not one time shot. I think they should check their policies once again this is total
