Pacific Beach Car Wash

Come here if you don’t care about your vehicle!!!! A couple weeks ago I went through this very car wash and the guy guiding me into the tire housing and didn’t guide me in correctly…so at this point I’m in the middle of the car wash and I notice my air pressure tire light comes on out of nowhere and it starts counting down like a New Year’s Eve countdown clock. It’s freaking me out especially while the car wash is going. Upon exiting the car wash I noticed that my tire is completely flat and of course I get my car wash at a time to where the main tire shops are closed so I had to pay $200 for a new tire. Going to Luv’s or Soapy Joes from now on, i highly suggest y’all do the same. I have no beef With the Auto dealer in the back (just the car wash people) as I have yet to personally try

I’ve been a loyal customer at this carwash since I moved here this past September, but my last visit was a disaster leaving me completely frustrated and disappointed. During the final drying stage, the equipment cracked and broke my moonroof. I immediately informed management and was assured that someone from upper management would call me to address the situation — that call never came. I returned in person to follow up, only to be told that because my car is over 10 years old, the damage was considered “wear and tear” and they would not take any responsibility. This is unacceptable — equipment at a professional carwash should not break a customer’s property, regardless of the age of the car. If I could give 0 stars I would! I took my car to wash in this place! And their machine threw my car off the rail and made my car crash into one of his machines! They told me this was a problem with my car! Checking the cameras the Images became inconclusive and the manager was very rude saying that I could file a lawsuit against them, I checked at some body shops and they told me it would be $900 dollars to fix, I went back there and asked if they wanted to do it the easiest way, they paid and end of story! He told me why you came back here, go ahead and open the process! We're going to win! Shot the worst place to take your car

This review if for the details service, have not used the carwash yet. Tony did a great job on our van. It was really dirty from three kids and a dog and he got it ready to sell for less than $300. Awesome job Tony!

Great experience with detailing of my SUV! They did a great job for a reasonable price and were a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend.
