Pacific Tire Dinuba

Took my truck in for a tire repair since it had a nail. It's simply a 15 minute job, they scratched and scuffed my tire badly. After putting a patch it still leaked air and saw bubbles forming. They charged 20 dollars, for me to have a scratched rim and a damages tire. Update: The second patch they put is still leaking air. They are on their 3rd attempt. They said they will repair/replace the rim at no cost. I will update once this review once it's replaced. Update 2: They found a replacement rim. I went back for them to tell me they have no one to replace it, thry told me to come back at a later time. Last update: they ended up changing the rim for a used one that was cleaner than the one they gave me. After 2 to 3 hours of wasted time, I appreciate them doing this for me but I would n

They ruined 2 of my chrome rims and these rims were absolutely flawless when I brought them in and I have pictures to prove it. They had no dents or flaws anywhere other then I have missing center-caps and someone seemed to have been in a rush or having a bad day and took it out on me unfortunately. Some of the guys here are really cool but others not so much, just be cautious if you have nice rims is all.

Excellent customer service! Took my car in for an alignment in March & had warranty on it. I got new tires on it end of April so I needed it realigned. I was honest with the employee & was prepared to pay for the alignment again. I went to pick up my car & they honored the warranty (free alignment)! I even asked if he was sure. I’m greatly appreciative of them for doing that. Thank you!

Jacob and the team did a good and quick job of getting me in an out. I went to get an oil change and was out in 30 minutes. Staff is great and friendly as well.

This place is great. 4 new tires price was unbeatable and it took them less than an hour. Great customer service. I asked about oil changes and the price is under a 100 which is great considering most places charge over a 100. I will be going to pacific tire from now on.
