I had an exceptional experience with Pacific tire. My car this morning was on a flat. AAA came gave me air and told me there was a Pacific tire closer to my home than I knew. Came in I was treated kindly and with respect and I ended up having to replace the tire rather than patch it. They gave me an amazing deal. I highly recommend

I called and spoke with Dora, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and immediately helpful. When I arrived, the team removed the screw, confirmed the puncture, plugged the tire, and had me back on the road in about 10 minutes. While there, I asked for a quote on new tires I’ll need soon. They provided three options with no pushy sales tactics — just honest explanations of the pros and cons based on my driving habits. This is a great family-owned tire shop that values your time and gets the job done right. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

I stopped by after getting a flat tire and decided to replace all four since they gave me a great price. The technician who helped me was professional, quick, and friendly. The office staff who checked me out was polite and even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. The whole experience felt honest and comfortable. They weren’t pushy, just helpful and efficient. I’ll definitely recommend them to my clients and anyone looking for good prices and great service.

Great customer service. The wait time was minimal and the staff were fabulous with explaining the process and work to be done. They have excellent tire prices and ready to match any price out there.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I will drive from wherever I am to have service done here. It's family owned and I'm trying to get adopted!! They are amazing people and I first came when the owner David was there often, his energy (polite, calm, respectful) has me addicted. As a female, when you find a place you can trust, you must remain with that place you can trust...folks always trying to scam a solo female but not Pacific Tire (of Gardena)!!!!!!!
