I went to Pacific Tire after work this evening at approx 5:15pm for a tire rotation & alignment & the service was excellent! They had several workers taking care of my vehicle, & everything was done efficiently & professionally. The staff was very kind & courteous. I’m very happy with the service & would highly recommend them!

I drove in at 5:40 pm with a tire that had two plugs in it and the air was not holding. Four guys came out immediately in the rain to see what I needed. In less than 20 mins they had the tire off the car, patched and remounted. I never got out of my car. I was so impressed with the service from Jonathon, Andrew, George and Johnnie! I was so lucky and appreciative of the personal service and their willingness to help me at the end of their day. I will definitely be going back for my tire and alignment needs. I recommend them highly for customer service and work quality. They were very reasonably priced too!
