My vehicle unfortunately had to come here. The two calls I received from them one was for a signature to work and then the next was to pick up my car. I had to call for updates. When I did call the front desk was quick to hurry you off the phone. I never had anyone communicate with me about what was being done to vehicle or time frames. Just waiting on parts, or they will do what needs to be done and it will be driving like new. Well its only a year old vehicle that has been in for its schedule maintenance and recalls and all. No issues with it. When I called about it having issues since I have gotten it back they were rude and didn't care and didnt even wanna try to make me some what happy. Dont complain to them because then they sure wont help you with your vehicle. Just took my vehicle

Ruined my car by neglecting it. Took 60 days for them to return my car and when I went to pick it up there was a rat infestation. Told me “the car came in like that”. No- I was not driving around with a rat infestation. Was originally told the car would take 5-7 days. Had to total the car. Complete waste of time. Worst shop and worst people I’ve ever dealt with. Passionately discourage anyone from using their services.

Took my vehicle in 9 am Monday morning was told originally “should be done on Friday “ side panels and rear wheel panel- my mistake was not asking which Friday. Took them until the following Thursday to give me my truck back. When I go to pick it up, a new problem-no more back up assist. Take it and We will have a tech come and fix it Told it’s a simple pull and plug. Had to wait 3 days for a tech to come and look at it (Monday ) only to tell me they have to take the bumper off so bring it back to shop.no one from the shop calls me to schedule this! ! i So on Thursday I call. Yes, we were told by the tech. ( I guess they were waiting for thee grass to stop growing before they call me. -this is on their $ so they are not in any rush to complete this. These guys were great. Super easy to work with and very responsive. They handled all the insurance stuff and made it easy to pay. Did great work on the car and got it done timely.

I had a car that was considered total but by all means it could have been fixed. The damage was from the under carriage on the right side of my car. I have worked on many of my own cars in the past and even had had evaluation from a real reputable repair shop saying the damage was not extensive. Their mechanic has no knowledge on working on cars and their reviews will reflect that, they will tear away at your car until they say it’s unfixable and then they will add what they tore apart from your car to your invoice. My car was able to be fixed but I was impatient and I did not want to wait for an adjuster but it was already too late and the damage was already done. Kaitlyn who works for Progressive was unresponsive and did not know anything when it came to my claim, she was rude and lazy!
