Not sure if this is good, however, it's typical they don't listen. I called three other dealerships first so I already had my answer. This is not the first time I have not been happy with them. The first time was over 30 years ago and I hoped it would get better... I guess not. So I will see if it gets better 😞😞😞

They have an amazing waiting area with coffee and pretzel and everyone just seems nice and friendly and they will work with you if you can't meet their price.

I'm stuck on Ford!! I'm on my second Car from this dealership, Mike is my sales rep, he's not at all pushy, he tells me everything I need to know. My engine is covered for life, and I get free car wash!!!!

Not good. I scheduled my vehicle for service on a Monday. Dropped it off the night before. Nobody called me Monday to tell me status of my vehical. I called late in the day and they said they hadn't gotten to my vehicle. On Tuesday i called several times and got no update on my vehicle. I called Wednesday and the told me my vehicle was completed the day before and was ready for pickup. They couldn't verify any of the issues i brought my vehicle in for but performed a recall item. I picked up my vehicle and the paperwork didn't say anything about i brought it in for and noted my vehical was towed in which was not the case. It took 15 minutes to get paperwork corrected and after all that they never even performed two of the services i asked for.

I WANT TO PACIFICO FORD AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER TO HAVE MY TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR FAULT I'VE HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AND I'M STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT AND IS UNDER WARRANTY AND I'M BEING TOLD THAT I CAN ONLY BRING IT BACK MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAYS IF I TAKE OFF FROM WORK I DON'T GET PAID. I'VE ASKED CAN I BRING IT BACK ON SATURDAY BECAUSE I'M STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM I'VE CALLED THEM A NUMEROUS OF TIME AND ASK FOR A MANAGER TO GIVE ME A CALL NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK YET AND IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK. THIS TIME I HAVE VIDEOS THE PROBLEM THAT'S GOING ON WITH MY CAR AND IS THE TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR FAULT AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE FIXED THAT PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE IT. SO NOW I HAVE VIDEOS OF ALL OF IT TO SHOW THEM THAT IT'S STILL NOT FIXED BU
