I was stranded on the side of the road when James, who told me he works at Packard Tire, stopped to check on me. He coordinated a battery swap and had me back on the road in no time. He also cleaned all the battery acid build up off my battery terminal connectors. To take the time out of his day to help someone in need was very generous. What a little hole in the wall gold mine. Modern equipment and too easy. This is twice they saved my bacon in a pinch. They got me in right behind a Mercedes snd I was out in 15 minutes with a tire swat before a road trip. They cannorder any tires quick and beat other prices. My go to place from the Navy base. I was quickly taken care of when the tire pressure on right rear tire message went on to n my s5 Audi was hole driving. Found a pin hole from thin nail, repaired tire checking all tires for correct pressure. Very competent and friendly people. Extremely reasonable price and knowledgeable Great place!

This place is so friendly and welcoming. They really know how to treat people. First among many things I can say is they are a no nonsense kind of locally run place. The staff know how to do there jobs. Now, because this place is small compared to brand name tire shops, you'll have to wait a period of time if all 3 bays are full. Tires are a specialty but they also do mechanic jobs as well. Pricing is fair and never a surprise. If anything the work and speed of doing a thorough job is very satisfying and I have been doing business with them for over a year now. Never a bad experience. Located in the bluff off spid. Had a nail on my tire. The guys were friendly and got me in and out fast. Definitely recommend and will use them in the future again, if needed!
