If you’re looking for an honest shop with great customer service this is where you need to go. Tareq and Rolando were very welcoming from the moment I got there. They’re very honest and don’t try to upsell you anything you don’t need. I had to look for a shop after Costco was unable to install some tires I purchased. I went across the street to these guys and I’m glad I did. I actually would have gotten a better price for tires here. Next time, I’m skipping Costco and pulling up here. The guys that work on your car are friendly and professional. After talking to Tareq I realized they do more than just tires, so I will definitely be bringing my car here for maintenance. It’s rare to find a good and honest shop these days but these guys are the real deal.

We got a low tire pressure warning on the dashboard during the storm this week and pulled into Costco to put in some air, then heard the sound of a leak. The Costco tire center was booked solid for the rest of the day, so we drove across the street to Pacoima Tire Pros because of the reviews here. So glad we did. Tarik at the counter told us that his crew was out for lunch but offered us seats in a warm comfortable waiting area on that cold rainy day. He was not only friendly, but his team was also able to plug the hole even sooner than he had estimated. The shop saved our afternoon. Highly recommended.

This was my first time taking my car to this shop and like all us I was nervous. I am please to say that my experience was an amazing one. Orlando and the staff are very professional and did a great job on my car. I will definitely recommend the shop to friends and family.
