I had an outstanding experience at Paco’s today! Roberto took care of my oil service quickly and professionally, and he went above and beyond by noticing a damaged tire on our Toyota Sienna. Thanks to his careful eye, he was able to replace it right away and keep our family safe on the road. I truly appreciate his excellent service, attention to detail, and friendly attitude. Update: I returned again for an oil change on our VW New Beetle, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. It’s good to see the same consistent service on repeat visits. Truly so thankful for this shop. Everyone was so nice and super helpful and accommodating, very professional. We got a pice of scrap metal in my back tire driving back to seattle and they helped us patch our tire right away. Eveyone there was so friendly! Thanks so much guys!

Was showing no pressure on one tire and he checked them and told they were ok but my sensors need replacement and I was ok to drive until I got them. Made feel comfortable to continue to travel
