I had four brand new tires that I bought mounted and balanced at this location. I also wanted the alignment done on it. It was a 2014 Chevy traverse also had them change the oil while I was there ended up costing around $309 took him three hours so they could not get the alignment right. Then they come back and said the alignment is good, but the steering wheel will not line up. I asked them if they put it on a scanner tool because of my vehicle you have to put the vehicle on a scanner tool to center the steering wheel they said no it didn’t ask us to. There was no reason to put it on a scanner tool. Anybody who knows how to do proper alignments know that you have to put it on a scanner tool so my steering wheel was crooked vehicle was driving. Great it’s just annoying having the steering

great service! came in for an alignment and a new tire. prices was reasonable for time and labor. explained everything well and gave me an estimate before working on anything

Worst experience ever. Don’t go here if your car is lowered. Apparently they can’t do nothing about it. Asked them to put wooden blocks on my car to lift it up a little and still denied service. They’re lazy and rude. My tire was ripped and was told to go to another tire shop knowing it’s dangerous to drive like that.

Excellent service and very good at working on vehicles. They replaced the motor in my car and would recommend them to anyone. They gave me an estimated time when my car would be done and they did an excellent job. My vehicle has ran great ever since. Thank you Paco's Tire and Auto Repair!!

I had to lower my rating for Paco's. Of the four initial tires I purchased, two were bad and developed bulges. Had to hassle to get a replacement. I get they're used tires, but for what I paid, I shouldn't have to come back a week or two later for another replacement.
