Painless Autoworks

Painless auto has been my repair shop for a while now. The guys are very intelligent, honest, and they do their best to get your car running without making you purchase services you don't need. They made sure my son's car was safe for the road, and took care of my issues at a fair price. It can be tough getting a used car fixed, you don't know what they see under the hood and you have to trust your shops assessment. I trust these guys, and they've never done us wrong.

What a great experience ! Emergency brake / bearing job on a manual Toyota Yaris. Had to wait a couple days for a part due to the weather, and well.. it's a Toyota. I'm making "Painless" my go to from now on !! The parts were market value and the labor was fair. Nice clean shop !

I manage a small fleet of cars with my family of five and our cars. For years I used dealerships, but due to cost and quality of service ( dealerships have poor communication and keep cars way beyond when they tell you it will be done). I shopped around and found Painless Autoworks. Every time I take a vehicle to them they are prompt with a diagnosis, are cost efficient in the way they go about the diagnosis and repair, do not try to gouge you and are just great with communication and their quality of service. In this day of troubled business and service, I’m very glad I found them and will continue to use and trust them.

This is probably the best auto repair shop I've been to! They are honest & quick. They don't try to upsell. It is apparent that customer satisfaction is their primary goal. Skip the expensive dealer and try these guys....you will not be disappointed. Nice waiting room with Wi-Fi, water, K-cups and a big Smart TV. Keep up the good work guys!

We have now used Painless Autoworks twice for two of our cars and are so very happy with the service we received. We found them to be very welcoming and professional. Both cars were taken care of in a timely manner and cost was very reasonable. We're happy to have found them, thank you Matt and John!!
