Paint & Body Perfectors

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Paint and body perfectors for years. They’ve always done an outstanding job. I just took my rogue to them cause it was in her minor wreck and it pulled the bumper out. Jim the manager super nice fixed the tab and push the bumper back in and then charge me, I think they are the best paint and body shop in Nashville.

I'm deeply disappointed by the treatment I received at this shop. I reached out to this auto body shop, but was turned away because it wasn't "large enough" to justify their time or meet their current financial focus. It felt transactional, cold, and frankly, degrading. It's disheartening to see small clients being brushed aside in favor of chasing larger accounts. What saddens me most is how stark the contrast is from when the previous owner ran things. Back then, every customer mattered. There was a sense of respect and decency that seems to have vanished. Now, unless you're bringing in major dollars, you're invisible. What a loss. I have worked with them 2x before and everything was great! This very last time i was told that i needed to pay more because of “extra parts” we came to an agreement due to a misunderstanding but they still ended up doing an exceptional job! Great work just need to be careful with “verbal agreement” because there are no recorded lines. Work on my bmw was 10/10

I am baffled that these people are still in business. Long story short - I requested an out of pocket windshield replacement on top of the repairs of being rear ended. At time of pickup, got in the vehicle and cut myself with glass which caused a decent enough cut that it kept bleeding. I Walked over to the owner (gentlemen wearing hats) and told him what happened, he blatantly told me I was making this up. Luckily Safeglass was still on site and the glass tech validated my story and shared that they broke my windshield, and although they did their best to clean it up, there where still remains of glass to be found. Go figure,….

Had my 21 Tundra repaired due to an accident that destroyed the bumper and both side of the bed. John, the owner, was very hands on and helpful in working directly with me on the quote and schedule. The awesome ladies in the office were always well informed and extremely responsive to any of my questions. The repair was beyond my expectations and restored my truck to new conditions. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs.
