I freaked the paint on my husbands car and Russ was the quickest to respond and the best price. We coordinated everything via email- it was so easy! We had a small dent and scratch from a shopping cart on our new car. We had several quotes and Paintcrafters was by far the most affordable. Russ had out car back to us and it looked perfect withing three days for only $900 when we were quoted 2400 and 6 days by a competitor. He was very easy to work with and was a guy you knew had been doing this for a while and knew exactly what to do. I will take any paint work to him every time!

I'm a little late at posting this review but since I just recommended a colleague to PaintCrafters I thought I'd share. I took my X5 to them last Spring for repair of a door ding, more like a gouge, in the passenger door where it chipped off the paint. The repair was perfect, with no signs of it even being there. Quick and professional service all around.

Russ and his Paint Crafters team is the only place that I’ll allow to touch me and my family’s cars. After the first repair I had to ask “where was the dent”. In all my years in dealing with them I’ve had just one hiccup and he told me to bring it back the next day and fixed it.
