Ohhhh wow these reviews are horrible I kind of had a similar experience but then it worked out at least few yrs ago because I dealt with Mark, I think it matters who you deal with and it's the finance department that are crooks because Mark went above and beyond this is very disappointing because I was coming back here to get another car and maybe the finance department has changed over the yrs because although it wasn't as bad as these comments they definitely tried to to squeeze em for more down payment when Westlake already pick up the loan for whatever reason maybe because I had knowledge of cars I made out ok but Mark was definitely great and reading most the positive ratings are saying Mark shame on you guys and good for you Mark but I won't be coming I would've love to get you anoth

They sold me a car with a blown engine. I haven’t even put a single mile on the car. The car arrived not starting, with a blown engine. I spoke with them over the phone and they told me the car ran and drove fine. Attached is a photo of the car’s oil. Mixing with coolant from a blown head gasket.

Well at least the representative told me their dealer fees were over 3k. I just stopped looking into this dealer. 3 thousand dollars in dealer fees for an old car with thousands of miles is not worth the time and possible future headaches. The mostly bad reviews are not far from the truth.

Zero transparency. They will consistently try to lie to you about the pricing to get you to come into the dealer. The price you see online is not the real price. Trust the other 1 star reviews…

STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS Advertised a truck with a rebuilt title for $10,900 online. Drove to them, checked out the truck and told them i would come back the following day with the paperwork and down payment to buy the truck. Asked the sales lady Sophy what the price of the truck was prior to leaving and she confirmed it was $10,900. Came back the following day with everything ready. Was dealing with Sophy then a gentleman sat down with us and started going over the down payments. He asked for a way higher down payment then expected and then revealed to us the price of the truck was $22,900. More than double of what was advertised and told to us in person. Massive waste of time and when I questioned him about the online ad price he said told me “those prices are never real”. False advert
