This place is awesome. The front desk lady was so helpful when I called about getting my car repaired! She was very polite & kept me updated while my car was being worked on. Fair pricing and very quick mechanics! They also have a complementary coffee and tea bar for customers. The place smelled so good, like pumpkin spice. I had a very pleasant experience!

The weather conditions we've experienced lately definitely took a toll on my car. I have a 2011 BMW 328i xDrive. The Driver side rear wheel was making loud sounds & overheating everytime I drove the car. I was risking wheel detachment or something catastrophic as diagnosed by Pallens Auto. Turns out the wheel bearing was completely destroyed. After the intensive labor i got my car back the next day and Needless to say its smooth and safe like it should be. Great communication, peace of mind, and im ready for my next service.

Pallens has been taking care of my 20 year old Honda CRV for about 9 years. They keep it running well and this time fixed an air-fuel ratio sensor so I can pass my e-check.
