As a college student, getting into my first car accident on thanksgiving no less was super stressful and devastating, especially because I really couldn’t afford an expensive repair. Mike at Palm Bay Collision honestly made the whole situation so much easier. He worked with me to come up with a price that was affordable and realistic for my situation, which meant a lot. He was upfront and communicative the entire time with my dad while I focused on school, and when I got my car back it looked like new. You can tell they actually care, especially with the owner being so involved. I was so grateful for everything they did that I even sent flowers. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants honest, quality work without feeling taken advantage of.

We damaged our car in our neighborhood and that absolutely sucked. The only positive from this experience was meeting Mike and the team at Palm Bay Collision. Mike was very honest, reasonable, and communicative throughout the process. He managed our expectations on timelines exceptionally well, and the shop was very efficient. The only thing better than their customer service was the end result of the repair. The car looks brand new and they did a magnificent job while keeping us informed every step of the way. Having the owner of the company onsite added a level of care that I don't believe I would have found at one of the chain locations. I highly recommend Palm Bay Collision!

Mike did a phenomenal job on my daughter’s Toyota Corolla. It was a non insurance deal. He gave me an excellent quote and he followed through and made it perfect. He also did my daughter’s headlights to sweeten the deal and buffed the entire car. I’m very happy, and my daughter is very happy. Thanks Mike and I’ll be bringing my truck in for work.

Palm Bay Collision did an excellent job fixing my corolla after it was damaged from a hit and run. Mike even fixed a small dent in the back bumper that wasn't part of the damage that I initially brought my car there for. My corolla looks brand new again thanks to Palm Bay Collison.

I had an amazing experience at Palm Bay Collision Repair!! As a woman, I’ve unfortunately gotten used to being talked down to at repair shops, like I don’t know anything about cars— but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Mike, the manager, personally helped me and treated me with total respect. He was super nice and even went out of his way to buff my headlights, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rest of the staff was just as great too! Friendly, honest, and really accommodating. It’s so refreshing to find a shop that truly values its customers and doesn’t just want your money. Plus, my car looks great. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know :)
