Between Mike, Craig, & Joey, Palm Beach Collision does a fantastic job not only with the job at hand, but their customer service too. I have taken 3 vehicles to them over the years and everything has been exceptional.

Craig is rude and disrespectful. This shop was given permission to pull carpeting and remove standing water from the interior by my insurance company, as long as they took photos beforehand. Craig refused. It was the weekend, so it would be days before the adjuster to assess it. As a result of the failure to prevent any further damage, the water sat in the floorboard and I have been told it’s now a total loss. Spoke with Craig to find out if they took any photos when they received the car. He got nasty with me and said no. I’m getting conflicting information regarding the condition of the car when I had it towed from this shop to Subaru Collision Center WPB. Just amazing work. Craig Wunderlin, the Manager, was a joy to deal with. He gave me a reasonable estimate and got our Volvo in and out in less than a day. My 2007 Subaru was in an accident where the front fender was ripped off, headlight cracked, etc. and the team at PBCC provided exceptional repairs to my baby. I was worried about the insurance claims process and, most importantly, the color of the new part matching the very old and faded paint on the rest of the car. Craig took care of everything on the insurance side for me and when I received the car back it looked almost brand new! The paint matched perfectly and the quality of the work done was 10/10, they even polished my old headlight so it wouldn't stand out as much next to the new one . I have brought my car back for personal repairs and Craig treated me like family, not even charging me for some of the labor! Deeply grateful for finding this respectful and reliable company!
