honestly don't know where to start to begin with, i found a car on car gurus the moment i called Zack he was very nice, very helpful he answered all my questions, he was awesome the professionalism is off the chain. Tried calling them for an inquiry, got rudely hung up on the moment I started talking. Embarrassingly unprofessional. Edit- they just called me and tried to get me to delete my review, and lied about the nature of the call.
