Bought my pre used ultra limited on line - when I was out of the u s - sales team & RJ from finance went above & beyond & deliverd it with all the paperwork, license etc' finished & ready to go + a full tank of gas. Great service & great people - absolutely outstanding !!!

If it wasn't for PB Harley, I'd be still riding Indian's. Shop is great and has fantastic parts dept if they don't have item in stock. No pressure, no obnoxious sales team, gives you all the time you need to make a very expensive emotional purchase. Service dept is honest and does the job without Drama. Bryson, thanks for the help. I bought my first Harley from this dealership last week, and it has easily been the best experience I’ve had at any dealership, motorcycle or car. V is an awesome salesman and went out of his way to get me the deal I wanted. Bryson and Ed delivered my bike to me and picked it up when I needed something fixed. They were both friendly and helpful though they seemed to be having a long work day. Both managers came up to me while I was there just to talk about bikes and life. Nugget helped me order some farkles. And Amy gave me a t-shirt and showed me around the retail shop. If you are curious about Harley’s I cannot recommend them enough. Just bought a new Tri glide Limited. The folks at Palm Beach Harley Davidson are simply super on every level. V Crowder has been an amazing sales person, advisor, and now friend. When you buy from the dealership, you join a community. You can see a lot of customers who come by simply to hang out or say hello. And everyone there loves bikes and respects bikers. A great experience all around.

I just bought a 2025 Harley-Davidson Nightster, and I’ve never been happier. It started with the sales manager, Ryan. I explained my situation with my current motorcycle and my budget, and he told me about a few options and had me come in. I met the sales rep, V. Crowder, who walked me through various bikes in that price range until we landed on the one I wanted. Then he introduced me to RJ in finance—super helpful and very informative—who walked me through everything I was signing. All in all, it was a great experience, and if you’re thinking about getting a Harley, I highly recommend this location. Customer for life!
