The service department is almost always friendly. The department are always clean and has a nice waiting area with free coffee ☕ and water. They have been good about getting me scheduled for my service. They are not always great at getting a Lyft ride or shuttle. Terri has been my service advisor for some time now. Might be the best service advisor I've had-- very prompt and professional, and always just a text/call away. Another great feature with KIA Service is after hours drop off.
