Palma Tire go above and beyond every single time we’ve dealt with them. They are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They stayed late tonight on New Year’s Eve to take care of a situation with my daughter‘s tire, you would not get that at a chain tire shop. Family owned and operated. I highly recommend them!!

I came to this place for a flat tire and they tried to sell me a tire, and allegating that my tire wasn’t good and immediately I decided to keep my tire and to get it repair but the guy told me that he wasn’t going to do it because he tried so HARD to sell me his tire when my tire was still good, and then he put my tire back without fixing it and charged me $27.03 for nothing.... I took my truck to Mahwah Tire Inc. and they DID my tire without a complaint....KEEP OUT, This people are NO HELP, it’s been 5 days since and my tire is still on duty....

I was in a jam today, found Palma Tire on Facebook. They were quick to respond, lovely to deal with, had what I needed and gave me a VERY fair price to mount n balance it, was in & out of the shop in 15 minutes on the same day!! No waiting. Second time getting tires from these guys! Can’t get better price than these guys! Last time got 4 toyo AT3 for my truck, installed for less than 1200, yesterday got a high end commuter tire installed for 625$ ( ps: pay cash so avoid card tax) ! And no balance issue!
