Palmer Service Center used tires

This held my car for 2 weeks without ever pulling into the bay. Terrible customer service and manners.

2 thousand dollars later and truck only firing on 5 cylinders and you have to hold steering wheel at 2 o'clock position just to go straight. Also noticed that the catalytic converter is missing and a straight pipe in it's place. Sold it for scrap?

Horrible. Don’t return calls. Just needed transmission fluid my car has sat there 4 days not hearing from anyone. Go up there and car is sitting with keys in it window down after long rainy weekend. I was just getting the lights off so I can sell vehicle now it’s rained in and transmission fluid still not in. They suck please go elsewhere

My company called in looking for a semi tire, and the individual that answered the phone was rude and condescending, without provocation. I'm glad to say they didn't have what we needed anyways, as it would've prolonged our encounter with "Happy".

I stopped by with a simple question about my check engine light, and these guys went the extra mile to make sure I had the answer to lead me to a solution. Thanks for being professionals.
