5 star service. After my wife received some outrageous quotes for repairs at the dealer I took it to Palmer Auto for a second opinion. Alex gave me a much better quote and the car was returned to us a few days later running better than ever. A pleasure to deal with and will be returning for our motoring needs in the future.

Jeff is efficient; intuitive, and has an immovable integrity. A grease monkey and a scholar. He goes the extra mile- he’s talked me OUT of thousands of dollars worth of services prescribed by big franchise shops. Seen my everything from a Honda to an MGB to my Caddy. ~¡Mr. Worldwide!~ I am in love with Jeff. He’ll take care of you, him and his team have looked out for me more than I even thought I needed it.

I’ve been going to Palmer’s for about two years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Jeff is kind and honest, and the service is always quick and affordable. I called to ask for a second opinion for a repair that was estimated to cost $900 at another shop, and Jeff gave me a price of $600 and had the car fixed by the end of the day. Jeff is the best!
