I Bought three cars from James every one of them has been perfect. He is very kind and professional every time I have bought a car from him he has been honest and trustworthy. I will always recommend him for any vehicle. He will go out of his way to make anyone feel comfortable in any vehicle they purchase.

Brought a vehicle from this man. It has issues. Contacted the man about the issues it was having. He told us he was unaware of the issues. He also told us he would try to find us another vehicle. It's been 3 months. Still no resolution. He took the truck that we traded in. Gave us $3800 down. He lied on the contract. He has already sold the truck we traded. He took advantage of my blind husband and myself. Do not do business with this dealership.

I bought a vehicle from James Palmer all cash, had it 6 days, drove it 4 times and it blew up! Left me and my grandchild stranded on the side of the interstate. Palmer’s Automotive is shady and all of a sudden blocks calls after he was confronted with the problem. He has no resolution. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau next and an attorney! Save yourself DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN or dealership !

Buyer Beware! I’ve tried to cover every avenue on the internet to warn everyone about this so called business that scammed me out of a lot of cash! Bought vehicle, had 6 days and drove 4 times and it blew up, left me stranded on the interstate! James Palmer Malvern Arkansas Palmer Automotive assured me it was perfect and had a clean computer check with which a history computer check proves otherwise! He got mad and blocked me when I ask him to make it right! He has far more bad reviews that I am seeing now but I’ve begin a lawsuit so he can speak to the attorneys from now out!
