“I wanted to leave a review concerning my Palmetto Complete Auto Care experience. While my family and I was in route traveling back home in NC from a basketball tournament for my daughter I suddenly saw the check engine indicator light appear on the dashboard so I immediately pulled off the road to look closer and discovered that a belt broke and my water pump was busted. I called around talked to people and finally left a message for Palmetto Complete Auto Care and soon thereafter they gave me a phone call back. They were able to arrange and assist me in getting my vehicle towed to there shop and immediately began to work on my vehicle. Nathan was very helpful to me when I appeared to have trouble opening the trunk of my Volvo. It turned out to be a fluke and he fixed it quickly and nicely. And, best of all, he did not charge me a thing. I would go to him again for any trouble with my car.
