Palms To Pines Automotive

We were in town for a couple days when we had a mechanical issue with our car. My cousin who lives in the area recommended Palms to Pines and what a great choice it was! They were prompt, courteous, fair, and communicated well. After getting our car in with less than 24 hours notice, they were done with it in two hours. They provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had in the past few years. I wish they would open a shop in Phoenix!!

This is a great auto shop. Gino and his staff are a hidden gem of shops. Honest, very thorough, no nonsense kind of a shop, but treat you like family. Their honesty is refreshing. He will tell you if putting more money into a car is a bad idea instead of taking advantage of the average car owner who trusts their mechanic and usually pays for it. With this shop, it was the complete opposite. It speaks volumes of his and his staffs integrity. These are good people whose work, knowledge, experience, and kindness is sincerely appreciated.
