PAMD NAPA Parts Pros - Hanover

Press in type wheel bearing for a honda can only go in one way because one side is magnetic and needs to be against abs sensor, the part had no instructions. After doing job had a abs code, after doing more research discovered the problem, on 2nd part, guy pulls out a paper that said about only getting one way. Nice of you to tell me first time. They advertis them selfs as being knowledgeable, why not telll your customers of things like this, or you just trying to sell the part twice. Dint even give me a price brake on 2nd part.

I ordered brake pads online and went to pick the up that day because I already had to go to Hanover, picked them up no problems. They ended up being the wrong ones,(not blaming them for that) so I had to go back to Hanover and instead of refunding my money the guy that was working hit another sale instead of refund, which I did not notice til I got home and looked at my bank account. So I had to go back in the next day. I called and was told it happens it’s just one button mistake. I understand mistakes happen, but it would be the third trip into Hanover to their location, (30 min one way). They refunded the money and it came 3 days later, but it was sure quick to come out when they took it. Thankfully I had money in my account to cover it so I did not get an overdraft fee. (I’m not rich)

Called in an order for a replacement fuel pump. Was told it would arrive later in the day. Turns out they completely forgot to order the part. Had to drive to another store to pickup. They did not offer to fix the problem, only to ACTUALLY order the part for next a.m. delivery. Horrible, rude customer experience.

These folks are honest, dependable, and patient with an old guy like me. I am always asking questions, or "how to " clear up my fogged up headlights, or I need a bearing for a '28 Chevy, or I am painting over rust. They always have the right part at the right price and almost always "right now". If they don't have it, they get it fast, with a smile and a thank you. Just fine people doing a fine job that you can depend on all the time.
