Pancoast Repair

What a great experience I had with Pancoast getting my snowblower all tuned up and ready for optimal use! I was recommended by a neighbor who uses them, and I am so glad I chose them as well. They even picked up and dropped off my snowblower for a small fee, which was an awesome added bonus! I will only be using them in the future for all of my small engine needs! Super friendly, courteous and timely, as well as top notch service!

If you are looking for someone who cares about others and really wants to help~you are in the right place! When my family experienced a crisis in this recent storm, and he found out that we had no heat, he made himself available to walk us through how to get our new generator working. Additionally, he was also willing to come help us if we could not get it working! And guess what, he asked for nothing in return! That’s service, compassion and concern for people! Due to my own negligence, my generator sat with bad gas in the tank for several years. I couldn't get it started before a potentially bad storm so took it over to Pancoast. They knew another bad and potentially dangerous storm was on the way and expedited the repairs so it would be ready in time. We'll see what happens but my generator is working and ready. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and they also gave me some tips about how to prevent problems in the future. As someone who frequently deals with mechanical service providers at work who can be less than truthful, this was very refreshing. I highly recommend. The small shops still do the best work.

Pancoast Repair is like family! I always feel safe bringing my riding lawn mower, push mower, snowblower, and other power equipment to them. They always give me a great price and if I am unable to pay, they always work out a way for me to pay it off. After fixing and replacing all of my machinery, Jason, the owner is even gracious enough to educate me on different chemicals, etc. to use to promote my lawnmowers and snowblower lasting a long time.
