Purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring back in October 4th, 2025, and realized the vehicle was “jerking” after driving it home right after buying it. Thinking it maybe the spark plug/wires, etc., and so I checked the wires and they were good and spark plugs. “Jerking” was still present and I got to checking the transmission oil dipstick. It was “low” so I took it into Honda Economy of Chattanooga to get serviced October 9th, 2025 and they ended up finding “Large Metal Shavings” upon removing the drain plug. This vehicle has 100% transmission issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING YOUR CAR FROM HERE! THEY SELL SECOND-HAND “LEMONS” The owner tried telling me that they could check the car transmission with their “mechanics” and I said what is there for your mechanics to “check”? The Dealership

I had purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Saturday August 31 at 11:30am. By 2:35pm, I was traveling on I-20 and my wheel came off my jeep. I had my two year old in the jeep when the wheel separated from the jeep. The dealership sent a tow truck after the jeep and brought it back to Dalton Ga.The owner said that he was gonna fix the problem. On September 4th, I had picked up the vehicle from the dealership. It appeared that everything was good. I had explained to the owner on many occasions that my engine needed to be looked at before. On September 5th, the jeep stopped and started smoking really back!!! I haven’t had the jeep for a damn week and I am having so many problems out the jeep, that I can not enjoy my new purchase. This dealership are selling lemons and I have the pictures to prove it

I bought my sons first car from Paniagua Auto Mall in Dalton and Rafael was our salesman. He helped tremendously during the whole process from start to finish. I was so stressed trying to find the right car for my sons first car and nervous about making the wrong decision, but once we made it to Paniaguas I felt comfortable and no longer stressed. I recommend this dealership to anyone and our salesman Rafael. He answered any question that I had for him which was so helpful!
