Called at 10:30 am to ask about the Chevy Sonic LS Sedan to verify the price and schedule a test drive at 1:30 pm that Saturday (1/10/26). I talked to a younger lady that said they were only opened until 3:00 pm, and told her we were driving from dahlonega (1-1/2 hr drive). I told her we were serious buyers, and she said okay and “that’s fine”. We drove up there and the car had 2 flat tires that I had to pump up to do a test drive (no mechanics on duty), and I had to move 2 cars to get the car free for the drive!! The car had several issues that weren’t mentioned online or in the phone call. We finished our test drive and asked to talk with someone about buying the car, and were told that they can’t sell it because the owner is not here!!! Wouldn’t waste my time or bother here with this dealership . I was really adamant telling one of the sales man that my credit was terrible and he gave me false hope that i would get approved so i waited the next day to call back like he told me to. They force and insist you to run your credit, and when they did suddenly they can’t help you. And said he couldn’t do anything. Serious buyers need help and alternatives. Not just giving up on them. Worst dealership waste of my time. Good riddance. Rubin was him name. Completely useless and helpless.

Take your time and look over these cars, pay attention when test driving. Chances are you will find a decent vehicle. My only complaint is we weren't shown any cars by the salesman himself. If there's any mechanical issues they will fix them for the cost of the part or parts. They will work with you on repairs, so don't be discouraged if you're test driving one or have bought one already and it needs work done to it. They will work with you.

Do not even waste your time with this place! Cars are completely junk taped together to make you think it’s worth it. Went and looked at the 2011 vw Tigua they had. After asking 3 times if car had any issues at all and was told no car is ready to go. Car was junk large coolant leak windshield cracked mold inside paint missing brakes all around sensors unhooked to make it run. Timing chain bad and after all that cause my gf really liked the car I was like well if I can get it for about 2k I’ll get it and just fix everything. Nope they wouldn’t even come down 100$ the car is not worth the 6k they are asking has about 4K of work just to make it reliable. Do not trust this lot. Oh almost forgot front windshield wipers didn’t even work. They buy totaled cars form auction and try and sell them

I had a very good experience. They were very nice. Jack was very patient with me. Plus they were very understanding of my financial situation.
